Professional DV and MPEG-2 Editing for $3995 US

Matrox DigiSuite LX product shotMONTREAL, CANADA (Nov. 13, 2000) -- Matrox Video Products Group today announced it is shipping DigiSuite LX, a professional DV and MPEG-2 editing platform for $3995.

DigiSuite LX offers a real time feature set for the Windows 2000 platform.  It includes two channels of 2D DVE and YUV color correction, independent transparency control on all layers, 32-bit animated graphics, two advanced chroma/luma/matte keyers, a customizable wipe/tile generator, and perfect audio sync.  It provides broadcast-quality analog video and audio I/O and includes a second-generation 1394 card.  An optional SDI video and AES/EBU video module is also available.
 
Compatible with virtually all standard video equipment, DigiSuite LX integrates into broadcast and post-production facilities and is compatible with the soon-to-be-released MAX option.  Powered by Matrox Flex 3D technology, the MAX option adds new 3D capabilities to DigiSuite editing systems.
 
The Matrox DigiSuite LX bundle, priced at $3,995 US in North America, includes Adobe Premiere, Inscriber CG, Boris Effects, and Sonic Solutions DVDit! SE.
