BETHESDA, MD -- in-sync corporation announced the release of Speed Razor Mach 4.7 with advanced support for the FAST Multimedia DV Master Pro, delivering an array of new professional editing features to DV editors on the Windows NT platform. Combined with solid new V2.0 DV Master drivers, the newest version of Speed Razor delivers the most powerful editing and compositing software package available for DV-including batch capture for DV devices, realtime preview options, networkability, and multi-processor support for faster render times and screen redraw, among other new features. Top New Features

Speed Razor 4.7 adds frame accurate batch capture and print to tape to support for DV device control through the IEEE 1394 / i.LINK interface. It also introduces other related features, including new shortcut keys and menus in the Batch Capture window, the ability to edit and print the capture list, default deck settings and presets, support for timecode embedded video files, and long notes in batch capture.

Speed Razor builds upon advances made in Speed Razor 4.5 - the first editing and compositing software for Windows NT to provide software realtime playback for multiple video effects layers and still image sequences to the computer screen.
