| Ulead Integrates TeVeo Video Technology Into iMira.com |
TORRANCE,
CA (Jan. 30, 2001) -- Ulead Systems, Inc., a developer of image editing,
video editing and Web graphics software, today announced an agreement with
TeVeo Inc., a provider of online video sharing and live video streaming.
Under the terms of this agreement, Ulead will bundle TeVeo's VIDiO Clipstore
application with their VideoStudio and MediaStudio software. Starting today,
TeVeo will offer iMira.com users the ability to upload and share up to 20
minutes of video for free, with the option to purchase additional storage
space from TeVeo. "The integration of TeVeo's video sharing capabilities with Ulead's iMira.com media sharing site now extends iMira.com's value to our video editing customers while providing another service to our photo-sharing customers," stated Michael Yanez, vice president of sales and marketing for Ulead Systems, Inc. "Additionally, providing Ulead users with the ability to share both photos and video over the Internet gives iMira.com a unique advantage over traditional media sharing sites."

With the TeVeo integration, iMira.com registered users will be able to upload any video segment for streaming playback with Windows Media Player. Just as with iMira.com's existing photo sharing, all video files are password-protected. For users who want to purchase additional storage space, TeVeo will be offering additional 25MB of storage for $7.95/month or 100MB of storage for $19.95/month.
